It is a fabric-based orthosis made of an elastomeric material. It can cover large parts of the body surface, such as a suit, or it can be made to cover just an arm or leg. It is worn next to the skin under clothing which makes it highly interactive with the wearer.
DMO®’s are individually designed, with custom/patented reinforcement added to all orthoses they produce in the DMO® Custom range and pre-sized DMO® Essentials ranges.
The DMO® Custom range is made-to-measure. They will fit the body well and are able to meet the neurological and functional needs of each individual person. Each DMO® can have more or less reinforcement and non-standard zips and fastenings can be added.

Your DMO® will ensure that you maintain correct postural alignment whilst you carry out your physical therapies or exercise.
